There are 2 key concepts to this device:
1. Forming the “4” at launch. The sling dowel is vertical basically on or about his bottom hand wrist/forearm. This is a key indicator that the back elbow did not slot or is over dominant and that the bottom hand wrist lifted & created stability. IOW: both hands/arms balanced each other out to create tension in the body and in positioning the barrel to launch.
2. Getting the barrel to max acceleration at contact.
Feel the timing of when the barrel leaves the swing axis and how quickly it moves from launch to extension. Build maximum barrel acceleration at contact.
The handle twists and bends/torques the handle to create tension in the arms and torso.
• so you really focus on “where to load to,”
• “how to hold the pressure in the handle & even increase it,” &
• “how to launch the barrel” and feeling when to release it into contact.
• When you use the SPRING SLING, it helps you solve sequencing of the swing segments of each arm & all parts — it will teach them to flow together as its best functional unit to create max acceleration in the shortest amount of time.
• You can actually hit light foam balls or miniature wiffle balls to feel the timing of when the sling leaves the swing axis and how fast it goes from launch to extension.
• When the sling hits the metal stop, it throws the knob rearward, which whips the barrel into contact.
• The sling helps you shorten the swing radius; it makes the time from launch to contact as fast as possible. It trains you to fire your wrist milliseconds before contact with extreme speed.
• It builds & trains max acceleration of the barrel at contact. Do you get feedback right now whether you are making contact with the pitch @ max acceleration of the barrel? The SPRING SLING gives you feedback of max acceleration.
